With my Day of Coordination Package, I help ensure the day runs smoothly and support you in the 6 weeks leading up to your big day so that they are as stress-free as possible.My wedding coordination services includes:

  • Wedding Day of Coordination from the morning until beyond the first dance.

  • A detailed Meeting 6 weeks out and one 2 weeks out from the big day to run through all your special details

  • Vendor liaising in the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, and happy to join any final photographer or venue/cater call.

  • Distributing your wedding pack with your team of vendors in advance of your big day and being a point person for them to contact.

Overall, the investment for my wedding coordination service starts from £1350 (15% discount applicable for last-minute 2026 bookings).

The Something Special - Planning Power Session: These complimentary sessions (approx 2h) can take place anytime in the lead up to your day. We will run through your timeline, can chat about any planning and styling hacks, and make sure that you are on the right track from the start. They are worth their weight in gold!

With our full plan package, I'm not just your planner; I'm your wedding confidante. From dreaming up vendor magic to weaving your dream into reality, navigating guest logistics, and standing by you on the big day – think of me as your ally, ensuring every step feels right and filled with heart.

What’s part of my Full Wedding Planning Service:

  • Vendor search, planning, and management, including venue, florists, catering, hair and make-up, entertainment, stationery, prop and decor hire services, and more.

  • Personalised Design Book Creation bespoke to your personality and vision

  • Guest List management & Website Design

  • Personal Wedding Pack with all your important details in one place including your wedding day details and Budget Tracker

  • Day of Wedding Day Coordination

  • Face-to-face or Zoom call meetings and continuous availability via email throughout the planning process.

In terms of investment, a 10% fee on your wedding budget would be applicable (this doesn’t include the likes of outfits and personal items). Minimum fees are applicable.
